The Bladed Hand Now Available on Amazon

The Bladed Hand

Yay, The Bladed Hand DVD is now available on Amazon! But they don’t ship to the Philippines, which is fine because I’m sure the delivery cost is very expensive. I might have to ship it over to my brother in Canada instead and make pasabay sa balikbayan box.

The Bladed Hand is a documentary showcasing the rich history of Arnis/Kali/Eskrima, its current condition and global impact. It features several big names in FMA like Guro Dan Inosanto, Daniel “Mumbakki” Foronda, GM Remy Presas Jr., Master Christopher Ricketts and more.

I’ve been wanting to watch this in full length. The best I could find are snippets on YouTube. Check out the trailer:

And oh I heard, there’d be The Bladed Hand 2! 🙂

According to The Bladed Hand’s Facebook Group page, Amazon ships to the Philippines.

For a fee, you can also rent or download The Bladed Hand online. $12 to rent and $15 to buy a copy. Note: The bonus materials are exclusive to the DVD.

Yay, I’m currently downloading mine. I’ll post a review after watching it. 😉

Here’s The Bladed Hand review.

  1. Everyone at my school is all about this movie as well. My instructor actually went up and interviewed the guys that did this jewel about a year ago while they were still making it. I have yet to see the whole thing but I hope you enjoy it when you get to see it!

    • I’m sure I’ll enjoy it! My teacher was able to attend the official screening here, as his teachers were part of the documentary. He’s also met the people behind it. Anyway, thanks for visiting! 😉
